Lankind has a proud heritage in successful network services provision; the Company's principal business, since its inception in 1993, has been the provision of high-end technical services for microcomputer based-networks, focusing on Directory and Migration services.   During its first ten years of trading alone, some 300,000 networked users benefited from Lankind's network migration, rationalisation and integration services.   Lankind is focussed on services, not on product sales.

Education

Going green in IT involves not only reducing numbers of active computers and total computer power usage, but also incorporates the principles of reducing the carbon footprint of any aspect of the IT operation, including staff travel.   As things become simpler to manage and rationalised, it becomes possible to perform many aspects of IT delivery from off-site.

Lankind is fully geared to perform much of its work by using secure remote control tools.   Lankind services are frequently performed using a mixture of on-site and remote access methods and can include consulting, engineering, design, operations, virtual meetings and reporting.

Support
  We offer a flexible charging model with services being charged on a fixed price, daily or hourly basis, tailored to the project and to your specific requirements.

We understand what's needed from a customer support service.   At Lanboss we pride ourselves on providing the kind of support we'd be happy to receive, we strive to ensure that you always have the support you need, when you need it.

Lanboss provides two forms of support to our clients. These are:
  1. Product Support that is included with product purchase
  2. Support Services to give you higher levels of support and ongoing services
